Job Context:

∎ BEACON Business Centre, 9/B/2, Toyenbee Circular Road, Motijheel, Dhaka-1223.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To face customer and collect their queries for diesel generator set & substation.
∎ Managing and interpreting customer requirements - speaking with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
∎ Help client, to understand the technical features of Diesel Genset & substation.
∎ Negotiate with client to mature the sales.
∎ Recording and maintaining both customer database and offer ledger.
∎ Collect the information of competitors.
∎ Maintains contact with the clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
∎ Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.
∎ Maintain customer relationship to get the repeat order.
∎ Provide periodic and timely report to the supervisor.
∎ Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
∎ Attains customer satisfaction
∎ Continuous improvement.
∎ Any other job assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3- 5 years of experience for the position of Sr. Sales Engineer in Diesel generator & substation.
∎ 2- 4 years of experience for the position of Sales Engineer in Diesel generator & substation.
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
