Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet customer and collect their queries for diesel generator set
∎ Manage and interpret customer requirements - communicate with clients to understand, anticipate and meet their needs
∎ Help client, to understand the technical features of Diesel Genset
∎ Negotiate with client to mature the sales of diesel generator set
∎ Aim to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets
∎ Record and maintain both customer database and offer ledger
∎ Collect the information of competitors
∎ Maintain contact with the clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
∎ Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
∎ Maintain customer relationship to get the repeat order
∎ Provide periodic and timely report to the supervisor
∎ Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
∎ Attain customer satisfaction
∎ Continuous improvement
∎ Any other job assign by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2- 6 years of experience for the position of Sr. Sales Engineer/Sales Engineer in Diesel generator
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Strong understanding of customer & market dynamics and requirements
