∎ MEP BOQ Preparation, Design & drawing study and development
∎ AutoCAD, Revit & other engineering tools.
∎ MS Project, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare BOQ of MEP items as per approved drawing and finalizing the project costing.
∎ Update the MEP BOQ on the ERP system.
∎ Review MEP drawings & other documentation as per DOA and consult with the concerned department to reduce the project cost by changing oversized and surplus materials.
∎ Monitor and controlling of all Electro-mechanical & Plumbing items requested on ERP as per approved BOQ.
∎ Prepare temporary MEP BOQ & uploading on the ERP system.
∎ Proper documentation and approval of updating additional items in the ERP system.
∎ Prepare revised BOQ and taking approval in case of any modification of design and update BOQ on ERP system.
∎ Visit projects for monitoring and inspecting work undertaken by EME & project operation.
∎ Check and modify the Extra Labor Bill and upload it on ERP for contractor bill processing.
∎ Coordinate with EME, Customer Service, Project Operation & SCM team for smooth materials delivery at the site and to maintain work progress.
