Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed university.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Inspection & Testing Plan for civil trades, review contractors' work methods.
∎ Manage Material and Work Inspections, conduct QC inspections, issue rectifications.
∎ Maintain QC records, and coordinate with QS team for bill certification.
∎ Review contractors work methodologies.
∎ Check tools and instruments used by contractors.
∎ Manage Material Inspections and Work Inspections as per work schedule in coordination with construction managers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Very good technical knowledge of civil works: materials, workmanship.
∎ Ability to review drawings and use AutoCAD.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ At least 6-8 Years of work experience in the field of real-estate/construction/relevant industry.
