∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ For Diploma minimum 10 years experiences needed.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies.
∎ • Maintain Contractor book (To be signed by respective contractor at least once a week).
∎ • Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of projects.
∎ • Keep record regarding Sites information, copy of approved plan and detail information
∎ • To ensure project security, manpower, construction quality, material requisition Maintain site observation and monitoring books.
∎ • To be accountable for the successful completion of project

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Age at least 28 Years
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Should have good communication skill
∎ Be fluent in operating MS office along with Auto CAD software (Optional)
