∎ B.Sc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from a reputed public/private university such as - BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, IUT, AUST & MIST

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Department : BOQ
∎ Employment Type : Permanent
∎ Job Location : Head Offices

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of BOQ of EME items as per approved drawing.
∎ Updating EME items in the ERP System.
∎ Controlling and monitoring of ERP System.
∎ Proper documentation and taking approval of updating additional items in the ERP System.
∎ Preparation of revised BOQ and taking approval in case of any modification of design.
∎ Visit sites and keep record of stock of materials at projects and CWH.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Preferably experienced with handling EME estimation relative work in Building construction (Residential & Commercial)
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Internal Electrification, Sub-station, Generator, Lift, HVAC, Fire Protection & Detection system, Basement Ventilation System, Plumbing etc.
∎ Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
