Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have in-depth knowledge and understanding of engineering drawing, furniture drawing & design, and implement projects in accordance with the drawings and specifications
∎ Collect measurements for design purposes
∎ Organize materials and labor of the site and ensure continuity of operations
∎ Prepare cost estimates and ensure that the right materials and tools are available
∎ Prepare work schedules and communicate any adjustments with the team
∎ Assure quality of work and provide feedback to the team
∎ Liaise with other teams and departments such as design, planning, procurement, etc.
∎ Check bill and quantities of every item of work according to the original
∎ Manage interior design projects and ensure timely completion
∎ Ensure maintenance works of company sites, warehouses and retails stores are completed on a timely basis
∎ Supervise and inspect the quality of work and provide regular reports
∎ Provide technical solutions to on-site construction related problems and difficulties
∎ Manage multiple vendors and contractors
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
∎ We are looking for smart, energetic, skilled and career oriented enthusiastic individuals who have extensive knowledge in commercial interior/exterior construction and maintenance works as well as implementation of the drawings in accordance with the specifications.
