∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University. (Preferable -BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET etc.)

Job Context:
∎ Department - Quality Assurance
∎ Type of Employment - Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of work as per quality parameter mentioned in quality manual (as per check list) at each stage of project as follows:
∎ - Earth work
∎ - Shuttering & RCC work
∎ - Brick work
∎ - Wood work
∎ - Plaster, Paint, Tiles work
∎ - Electro Mechanical work
∎ - Aluminum and Grill work
∎ Ensure the quality standards and specifications of company.
∎ Implement the quality guidelines on all aspects at project operations during construction.
∎ Prepare approval, issue and implement company quality compliance with company requirements.
∎ Review and signoff test materials (such as cylinder test, rebar test, sand test, aggregate test etc.) for proper design and maintaining proper quality control.
∎ Ensure that the concrete mix design, delivery time and quality and strength etc. as per design specifications.
∎ Control project quality and execution procedures confirm to international standards.
∎ Ensure quality of all structural and architectural work carried out as per consultant's design and specification.
∎ Review all the testing and commissioning procedures are standard compliant.
∎ Plan and implement the cost drive in all aspects of construction
∎ Conduct training session for following position -
∎ - Head of the project
∎ - Jr. Engineer
∎ - Jr. Executive - Inventory
∎ Ensure the quality of materials - Brick, Stone Chips, Sand, wood, Marble and Granite etc.
∎ Upgrade of QA material and check list
∎ Prepare observation and rectification tracking report
∎ Introduce proposal of modern technology and equipment
Additional Requirements:
∎ Managerial skills to organize and control construction projects from conception to closeout.
∎ Innovative thinking processes and creative problem solving skills.
∎ leadership capabilities through practical application and team building techniques
∎ At least 6-8 Years of Work Experience in the field of quality assurance in relevant industry
∎ Candidate must have experience in real-estate industry
