Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering (Preferable from Public University)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all Mechanical and Plumbing design and drawing.
∎ Preparation BOM.
∎ Preparation modification drawing of HVAC system, VRF System & Ducted Split, Fire Protection & Detection system, Basement Ventilation System, Water Transfer Pump etc.
∎ Preparation equipment layout plan of HVAC plant room, pump room etc.
∎ Supervision Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Lift, Generator, Fire Protection & Alarm System, Basement Ventilation System, Plumbing Works, HVAC system etc.
∎ Assist site engineers to carry out EME activities smoothly.
∎ Maintain liaison with Line manager and other stake holder regarding design and drawing.
∎ Meeting with Architects regarding various MEP issues.
∎ Preparation CS of different EME equipments.
∎ Communication with different vendors and contractors.
∎ Checking Contractor's Bill.
∎ Checking Quality of Product and Workmanship of Contractor's works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4-5 years' experience in relevant field is preferred
∎ Role Specific Competencies:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Generator, Lift, HVAC, Fire Protection & Detection System, Basement Ventilation System etc.
∎ Should have hands on experience in plumbing system works.
∎ Having knowledge on Electrical Distribution system is highly preferred.
∎ Core Competencies:

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
