∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed public/private universities (BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, IUT, AUST etc. will be given preference)

Job Context:
∎ Department - Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ Type of Employment - Permanent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring SHL Quality standards and specifications
∎ Implementing quality guidelines on all aspects at project operations during construction
∎ Prepare obtain approval, issue and implement company quality compliance with company requirements
∎ Ensure quality of work at every phase of construction by maintaining checklists and appropriate procedures
∎ Ensure quality of construction materials for maintaining proper quality control
∎ Review and signoff test materials (such as cylinder test, rebar test, sand test, aggregate test etc.) for proper design and maintaining proper quality control
∎ Ensure that the concrete mix design, delivery time and quality and strength etc. as per design specifications
∎ Ensure that the site mixed concrete is as per design specification
∎ Raising non-conformity reports and field memorandum
∎ Ensure project quality and execution procedures confirm to international standards
∎ Ensure quality of all structural and architectural work carried out as per consultant's design and specification
∎ Review all the testing and commissioning procedures are standard compliant
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4 - 6 Years of experience in the construction of residential and commercial buildings in the concerned industry
∎ Specialization in quality management and quality control is preferable.
∎ Functional knowledge of material usage in construction will be given preference.
