∎ DERMA HEALTH CARE is one of the pioneers in the Dermatological industry of Bangladesh. We are looking for enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and energetic male candidates for the mentioned positions who will contribute to our business expansion needs.
∎ Workplace : Work at Corporate Head Office, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & implement marketing plan and take corrective action as per market feedback
∎ Design and allocate promotional plan, program and materials with strong, dynamic and innovative activities for establishing new products
∎ New product launching
∎ Co-ordinate the overall activities of brand management
∎ Analyze sales- Rx performance to review the marketing plan
∎ Formulate annual budget for assigned products
∎ Conduct monthly sales meeting/conference & CME
∎ Frequently doctor and filed visit for the field development
∎ Train the field force on assigned products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The candidate should be M. Pharm having minimum 2 years running experience in similar post
∎ Candidate should have well proficiency in computer literacy (MS Office package)
∎ Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skill
Salary: Negotiable
