Responsibilities & Context:
∎ * Develop & implement a marketing plan and take corrective action as per market feedback·
∎ *Design and allocate promotional plan, program and materials with strong, dynamic and innovative activities for establishing new products·
∎ *Undertake all activities regarding new product launching·
∎ *Co-ordinate the overall activities of brand management·
∎ *Generate new ideas for developing promotional materials for assigned products·
∎ *Analyze sales- Rx performance to review the marketing plan·
∎ *Formulate annual budget for assigned products·
∎ * Conduct monthly sales meetings/conferences & CME·
∎ *Frequently doctor and field visits for field development·
∎ *Train the field force on assigned products
