Call centre training, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Call Center, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act to achieve vehicle inflow target under the guidance of the supervisor by calling all customers which vehicle are sold in last 5 years.
∎ Call to let customer know about the training & promotional activity schedule to the customers.
∎ Provide required suggestion for the customer as well as better service.
∎ Follow up the Post Repair Service (PRS) for service centers at daily basis.
∎ To educate & develop the consciousness among customer about free service policy and schedule.
∎ Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers; follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our company or service.
∎ Answer questions about company policy or the company's terms & Conditions.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and property enlisting.
∎ Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
∎ Keep records of calls and prospects and note useful information.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to learn about companies and services and describe/explain them to customers.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
∎ Must be fluent, Smart, Energetic & Presentable. (Dedicated to working).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Call Center Management, and Customer Support through Phone.
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Good interpersonal, analytical skills, problem-solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
∎ The candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with customer.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet challenges.
∎ Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented.
∎ The candidate should have excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
∎ Candidate(s) must willing to work Gazipura, Gazipur.
