∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Call Center, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Call to customer to know about the training and promotional activity schedule.
∎ Follow the Post repair service (PRS) for service centers at daily basis.
∎ Lost customer calling and invite to service center to increase vehicle inflow.
∎ Free service reminder to customer betterment
∎ AMC calling
∎ CRM complaint feedback update
∎ Call the customers and take feedback the following matter:
∎ • Whether the customers have received the after sales free service or not in time.
∎ • The customers are satisfied or not under free service.
∎ • Whether the customers receive the labor charges free during free service scheme.
∎ Customer Support
∎ Tele Marketing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have excellent negotiation and convincing skills.
∎ She must willing to work Gazipura, Gazipur.

Salary: Negotiable
