Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute all functions related to the import of raw materials, machinery and spare parts, including preparation of price comparative statements (CS), technical assessments, order placement, LC and payment execution, commercial and customs clearance, customs duty and clearing costs calculation, etc.
∎ Work with C&F Agent and prepare documentation for import of international goods.
∎ Direct communication with bank and insurance company for the purpose of importing items.
∎ Monitoring of critical spares in factory inventory, and reordering of spares as needed to ensure uninterrupted production.
∎ Direct email and verbal communication with local and international suppliers to collect price quotations and perform price negotiations. Excellent English communication skills required.
∎ Perform central role in upkeep and improvement of inventory ERP software.
∎ Checking, validation and processing of supplier bills to ensure timely payment.
∎ Preparing procurement plan of all materials to be imported and procured.
∎ Liaison with Factory team to maintain full supply chain's smooth operation.
∎ Maintaining supplier data base & integration.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers for smooth delivery of goods and services.
∎ Performing any other work assigned by Top Management
