Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead team for procurement activities for machinery, spare parts, civil materials, etc. for all sorts of maintenance, projects and construction at spinning mill.·
∎ Provide technical expertise and act as technical liaison between corporate office and factory maintenance team.
∎ Lead maintenance technical team for execution and costing improvements at factory.
∎ Execute all functions related to the import of machinery and spare parts, including preparation of price comparative statements (CS), technical assessments, order placement, LC and payment execution, commercial and customs clearance, etc.
∎ Perform local market survey for local parts and supplies purchases, negotiation of local pricing, and visit local markets to execute purchases.·
∎ Monitoring of critical spares in factory inventory, and reordering of spares as needed to ensure uninterrupted production.
∎ Work at factory to monitor maintenance systems, troubleshooting with maintenance team, and identification and solution of critical issues for factory maintenance team.
∎ Assessment and validation of mechanical and electrical requirements from factory.
∎ Assessment and validation of civil requirements for planned and active construction projects at factory.
∎ Perform central role in upkeep and improvement of inventory ERP software.
∎ Checking, validation and processing of supplier bills to ensure timely payment.
∎ CAD design and erection of new project experience preferred.
∎ We are looking for a technically knowledgeable professional with factory level maintenance engineering experience in the spinning industry to perform the following responsibilities: ·
