Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ MBA or Diploma in SCM/ M.Pharm (registered) will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare LC opening documents, LC opening and amendment
∎ Collect Marine Cover note & policy
∎ Follow-up shipments and shipping documents, prepare documents for customs clearance.
∎ Prepare documents for collection of Drugs Clearance from Bangladesh Drugs Administration.
∎ Suggest appropriate and cost effective H.S. Code and customs duty structure for imported items
∎ Handle C& F agents and clearing and forwarding agencies independently
∎ Ensure in time customs clearance and delivery of imported items.
∎ Evaluate the performance of C&F agent. Check and settle C&F and Transport bills.
∎ Deal efficiently with banks, Insurance companies regarding document endorsement, documents retirement, Insurance policy collection etc.
∎ Work with various govt. and non-govt. organizations i.e. Customs, VAT Authority, Drugs Administration, Board of Investment, Chief Controller of Import & Export, Pre-Shipment Inspection companies, Dept of Explosives etc regarding import-export related activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Advanced computing skills (Specially expertise in MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
∎ Work experience SAP or any SCM Software will add value.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
