Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to organize all commercial related activities independently and perform in time.
∎ Perform according time and action plan - coordinating between vendor, customer, and company timelines.
∎ Maintain & develop good relationships with customer, commercial departments and factory.
∎ Maintain excellent communication and negotiation with all concerned parties.
∎ Maintaining shipment records, discount adjustment records, logistic data update on ERP.
∎ Maintaining Time & Action plan, proper records of all LC, payment etc.
∎ Preparing required documents, issuing trade documents, renewal of trade docs on time.
∎ Maintaining in/out flow of payments (L/Cs, TT etc.)
∎ Assist to handle all L/C types and related operations, including coordination with bank.
∎ Maintain all raw materials stock in excel/ ERP software.
∎ Communicating with govt. officials.
∎ Any other task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 36 years
∎ 4-5 years relevant job experience.
