∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial database management, storage and analysis to ensure quality and error free MIS
∎ To verify NID, e-TIN certificate etc.
∎ To download CIB report
∎ To prepare sanction letter for Affordable Home Loan
∎ Preparation of various MIS and reports as per requirement of management and any other internal and external linkages / Departments on timely basis ensuring accuracy & quality
∎ Archiving various type of approval memo, circulars, reports and others relevant documents of internal and external stakeholders
∎ Maintaining relationship to internal and external departments / others

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong analytical skill and critical reasoning
∎ Excellent communication & listening skills, Confidence & presentation skills
∎ Minimum 01-02 years' experience in MIS & Regulatory Reporting is preferable
∎ Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Database Management etc.
∎ The incumbent will have to interact with valuable clients and high officials of the company. Effectively communicating with these people is critical to the success of this position.
∎ The incumbent must have strong organizational skill to collate, organize, summarize, effectively communicate and store information received from different departments. Ability of multi-tasking and working with people from different sector is a must in this position.
∎ Excellent coordination skill is required for following-up with all levels of employees.
∎ Knowledge of current market practice and mortgage & security assessment related activities in Bangladesh to assess risk involved in new investment
∎ Language proficiency in Bangla & English
Salary:
∎ BDT 15,000.00 to BDT 20,000.00 (Will vary based on competencies)
