Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and receive patients and visitor at the front desk customer care.
∎ Provide information to patients and visitor as required.
∎ Maintain documents of the front desk customer care prepare require reports.
∎ Answer and provide information to patient and others over customer care hotline.
∎ Solve any problem of patient by help of concern department.
∎ Report to In charge/ Head of Customer Care and help him / her as and when required.
∎ Perform any other task assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have excellent computer operating skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
∎ Must be able to work in NIGHT SHIFT.
∎ Have to work in night shift and evening shift.
∎ Computer literacy is must.
∎ Must be capable in handling patient and managing front desk customer care.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali & English.
∎ Must be smart, gentle have patience and smiling face.
∎ Must be able to work in a team.
∎ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively on the telephone.
