Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visa documents prepare and follow-up for different embassy (BGD-out side country visa arrangement).
∎ Invitation letter prepare for getting visa in different country of Bangladesh Embassy.
∎ Visa arrangement for foreigner in Bangladesh.
∎ Documents prepare for Security clearance and follow-up with SB & NSI offices.
∎ Vehicle pool handle with the knowledge about vehicle tracking system check in software, VTS, etc.
∎ Vehicle maintenance & workshop related clear knowledge with physical visit of the places.
∎ Audit documents prepare and audit facing capability with sound knowledge about the audit requirement like (IMS audit, Safety Audit etc).
∎ Good presentation skill in different meeting with the preparation of power-point presentation ,Excel etc.
∎ Apartment search for new Expats.
∎ Properly take care access control of Dhaka office.
∎ Support different events arrangements.
∎ Any other task assign by the Department Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer proficiency in MS power point,Excel etc.
∎ Expats related matter.
∎ Automobile work Knowledge.
