IPQC, QUALITY ASSURANCE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for In-process activities during manufacturing and packaging.
∎ Responsible for sampling of intermediate, bulk & finished products.
∎ Responsible for line clearance before starting different stage of manufacturing & packaging.
∎ Prepare and upgrade SOPs related to Quality Assurance.
∎ Responsible for Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) Report Preparation.
∎ Handle the Deviation, Change Control & Product Complaint.
∎ To give line clearance before starting of Manufacturing & Packing by checking cleanliness of production area and environmental condition (Room Temperature, Relative Humidity, differential pressure etc.) of solid & liquid dosage form.
∎ Approval of batch printing advice sheet & attachment of pass label on container.
∎ Inspection of finished product by doing random sampling of master carton before batch release.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on basic GMP.
