Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Engineering
∎ Public University preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise proper functioning of new 8th and 10th production line (OMAG), Monimix, Pharma and utility machinaries.
∎ Ensure proper predictive and preventive maintenance of machineries.
∎ In case of breakdown, ensure machineries can be started in shorted possible time.
∎ Ensure availability of spares.
∎ Perform TSR.
∎ Manage and coach graded staffs.
∎ Maintain proper documentation for ISO process and drug regulatory authority.
∎ Perform any other activities as when assigned by supervising authority.
∎ Perform analysis to improve plant machineries output.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure
∎ Excellent communication skill both in English & Bengali

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
