Commercial, International Procurement, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicating with the foreign suppliers.
∎ Placing orders to different countries.
∎ Price negotiation with the foreign suppliers.
∎ Collecting freights from different forwarders.
∎ Selecting appropriate way of shipment and assignment to arrange shipments from suppliers to different countries.
∎ Data base updation with latest parts and accessories status.
∎ Any sort of claim processing.
∎ Managing sample parts order.
∎ Discharge duties of the superiors as and when required.
∎ Any others task assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and presentation skills in English (written/verbal).
∎ Must have expertise in MS Excel.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
