Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lighter Vessel or all kinds of raw materials (Clinker, Gypsum, Slag, Fly-Ash & Lime stone, Block raw materials etc.) are survey with joint surveyor & Submit report to supervisor.
∎ Internal raw materials stock, silo measurement, raw materials receiving.
∎ Keep the register of all kinds of raw materials & loan record of materials
∎ Keeping record of demurrage & dispatch of the lighters time to time & report the same to the supervisor.
∎ Making a final survey report after completing every mother vessel.
∎ Manage stock position and measurement raw materials of the quantities.
∎ A proper serial need to be maintained for unloading vessels. While unloading one vessel, the next vessel will be notified at least two hours earlier to reduce downtime of vessel placement.
∎ Daily checking materials receiving report as per challan and preparing MRR sent to the supervisor
∎ If needed Visit various ports when raw materials come.
∎ Maintaining materials receipt, issue & stock ledger
∎ Preparing L/C wise & supplier wise raw materials received report and send to the supervisor
∎ Any other task given by supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
