Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ B. Sc in IPE/ME/EEE, or Masters in Mathematics/Computer science/Statistics or Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Business or Supply Chain/Operations related field.
∎ Professional degree in supply chain specialization like CSCM/CPLM/PgdSCM/CIPS would be an added advantage.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Manager, Supply Chain

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The position is responsible to make overall planning of supply, demand planning, procurement and inventory planning for Eco Threads & Yarns
∎ Design and structure supply chain function as assisting head of supply chain of thread & accessories division
∎ Guiding raw materials (Greige yarns, Dyes & Chemical, Make-up) planning
∎ Structure, lead and guide production planning and scheduling team to meet customer order improving manufacturing lead time, sales order lead time
∎ Lead procurement function in line with central procurement department. Sourcing of alternative/backup makeup material supplier, distribution vendor.
∎ Lead and guide customer service team as per the service delivery of the company
∎ Lead and stream lining UD-UP related bond & customs activities of Eco Threads & Yarns
∎ Inventory management - warehouse and distribution KPI driving
∎ Implementation of Oracle inventory management, procurement & sourcing module, order management, process management.
∎ Assisting head of supply chain in capacity assessment, service delivery requirement and S&OP processes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-15 years' of experience in supply chain field. At least 4/5 years in the manager position.
∎ Thorough working knowledge/experience in SAP/Oracle/other ERP is must
∎ Understanding in the textiles/RMG Supply Chain will give an added advantage
∎ In depth ERP PP,SD & MM Module (SAP/Oracle) hands on knowledge in the advanced level - at least as power user level.
