Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc. Engineering degree (Electrical and Electronics) from reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the daily activities of all I&C employee and leading the accordingly. Controls performance of daily I&C maintenance activities.
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant I&C equipment as well as GT, ST and BOP control system like DCS, PLC and Mark-VIe as to require to support plant operation.
∎ Assist in maintaining print files, vendor files and the equipment maintenance record.
∎ Assist and maintain in requisitioning parts and supplies.
∎ Maintain the plant mobile equipment and others asserts.
∎ Maintain a clean and safe shop and plant environment.
∎ Train and develop other employees in maintenance skills.
∎ Prepare and maintain budget for the I & C items as per planning.
∎ Cross train in Mechanical/Electrical as time permits.
∎ Assist and guide CCR in plant operation as required.
∎ Assist in the update of drawings and prints as changes are made.
∎ Provide leadership and job coordination on critical repairs or projects.
∎ Maintains positive community relations
∎ Schedule all outage planning and direct the activities of the subordinate.
∎ Evaluate all data to determine maintenance schedules to optimize Plant operation.
∎ Maintain emergency recovery organization system for unexpected emergency situation of plant.
∎ Maintain and control spare parts inventory.
∎ Maintain a high degree of skill in typical PC-based business computing applications such as databases, word processors, spreadsheets, etc.
∎ Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs.
∎ Follow all kind of company regulations and rules including HSE.
∎ Other than above clauses, follow all instruction which is made by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 8-12 years working experience in power generation facility or process with minimum five (5) years of working experience in CCPP (preferable) power generation facility.
∎ Well experience in GE gas turbine control system Mark-V, Mark-VI or Mark -VIe.
∎ Well experience in DCS (preferable ABB symphony +), PLC and Instrumentation & control
∎ Demonstrate skills in th use of tools, test equipment and calibration appliances. Strong engineering aptitude, basic understanding of chemistry, physics, electricity and mathematics;
∎ Must be able to respond calmly and think clearly in emergency situations;
∎ Must be able to visually read and respond to computer-generated data, instrumentation, gauges, readouts and variations in color;
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, good command in written and spoken English are must;
∎ Must have knowledge regarding basic computer networking.
