∎ Skills Required: Erection work supervision, Knowledge in erection drawing, Team management, Trouble Shooting

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise erection activities during erection period.
∎ Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors.
∎ To adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of site.
∎ To develop a planned preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventative maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.
∎ To schedule both internal and external work(s) maximizing planned down time and reducing unplanned downtime.
∎ To ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.
∎ To develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.
∎ To perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
∎ To manage, coach and develop a high performing maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
