Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Any renowned university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, supervise and execute project work.
∎ Plan, design and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
∎ Communicate with sub-contractor efficiently.
∎ Prepare BOQ
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly report.
∎ Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings, blueprints and other data to plan projects.
∎ Plan and design construction maintaining Government and Russian standards, using design software and drawing tools.
∎ Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety standards.
∎ Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
∎ Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction and structural repairs to industrial and managerial personnel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Willing to work as a team.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Smart, energetic and pro active.
