Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve Retail target and motivate ASMs & Store Staffs to achieve those.
∎ Develop strategies to ensure the business consistently achieves or exceeds sales targets (Daily/Monthly/Yearly) and business Operation KPI, i.e., Same outlet growth, Average Invoice Value, Average Invoice Size.
∎ Ensure that all Twelve outlets are ready in terms of product, people, promotion, layout, infrastructure.
∎ Maximize profitability from each outlet.
∎ Liaison with various departments.
∎ Turnaround loss making outlet into profitable outlet by taking different actions.
∎ Introduce a competitive campaign along with the Marketing Team to increase the sales growth.
∎ Maintain statistical and financial records.
∎ Review customer queries and complaints.
∎ Monitor inventory shrinkage and aged merchandise stock control.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
∎ Strong analytical skills and good command in Excel.
∎ Identify new location for outlet expansion and maintain liaison with Business Development team to ensure it.
∎ Work with Category Team, Distribution Team and Warehouse team for stock planning and allocation to ensure appropriate replenishment time frames are met.
∎ Create and drive a plan that focuses on training and development of retail team in collaboration with Human Resources department to continuously develop their professionalism, selling skill and product knowledge and to help achieve their performance goals.
∎ Ensure regular and consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends to constantly keep the business at par or even ahead of other players and drive greater sales resulting from securing a greater market share.
∎ Identifies areas of improvement through various research and analyses in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improving of sales and business profits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
∎ Good oral and written communication skill.
∎ Good interpersonal & Leadership skill.
