Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage supplier selection based on price, quality, support, after sales service, capacity, etc., reliability, credibility.
∎ Prepare sourcing budget and facilitate accordingly and issue purchase requisition/ comparative statement/purchase order.
∎ Create a farm sourcing base of all kinds of products (machine/spare parts/chemical/yarn/ fiber/fabric) to support operations effectively and efficiently.
∎ Create product category wise sustainable sourcing base and maintain cost-effectiveness.
∎ Ensuring availability of materials, Spares, Consumables and all the requisite approved as per the specification at the right time, in the right quantity & at the lowest price.
∎ Price negotiation and renegotiation with suppliers.
∎ Identifying potential suppliers, developing, implementing, and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
∎ Price negotiation with the foreign suppliers.
