∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Masters
∎ B. Sc in EEE from public or UGC approved private university.
∎ Master's degree is preferred.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Must have knowledge of manufacturing products as per client requirements & specifications.
∎ Proven experience Minimum 8 years in factory production.
∎ Strong understanding of factory production processes. Specially on Transformer and Energy meter.
∎ Preference will be given to those, Experience on Transformer manufacturing.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and operation management software.
∎ Must have excellent analytical, negotiation and leadership skills, Professionalism, Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the operations department to ensure quality production and on time delivery.
∎ Oversee and manage the entire production process ensuring compliance.
∎ Manage and optimize resources, including manpower, equipment and materials to maximize productivity minimizing costs.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.
∎ Ensure excellent co-ordination between production planning and other support functions across the company.
∎ Forecasting of future project, estimate production cost, stay updated on the product prices and market conditions.
∎ Lead and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and quality objectives.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and quality control, to resolve production issues and implement improvements.
∎ Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
∎ Maintain verbal and written communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
