Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the Manufacturing Engineering team to optimize production lines and improve efficiency.
∎ Analyze and resolve production-related technical issues and ensure smooth line operations.
∎ Lead and guide the maintenance team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
∎ Ensure safety standards and compliance during maintenance work.
∎ Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
∎ Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair/maintenance services.
∎ Keep records of maintenance work and provide updates to management.
∎ Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks
