Job Context:
∎ Should have experience in EME works like sub-station, fire protection, detection and alarm system, Electric Pump, Plumbing and HVAC System etc. and must have knowledge and previous working experience with "GOST" Standard and Certifications.
∎ Job Location: Rooppur Nuclear Power Plant, Ishwardi
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for EME works like sub-station, fire protection, detection and alarm system, electric pump, plumbing and HVAC system.
∎ Overall supervision and monitoring of Pipeline works
∎ Identify the needs of the client as per drawing and specifications.
∎ Supervising installation of mechanical equipment, piping works, gas stations, etc.
∎ Time to time compares the actual work done against planned and takes necessary action to maintain the work schedule of the project.
∎ Checking and ensuring the quality materials before use and control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each work.
∎ Compare required materials specification with available materials specification in the market, collect certifications and apply for approval.
∎ Oversee the construction of electro-mechanical systems including assisting engineers with complex electro-mechanical drawings; ensure all work complies with clients requirements.
∎ Prepare and communicate specifications for purchase of materials and equipment and tools when necessary.
∎ Understanding mechanical and electrical drawing, technical specifications, to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
∎ Interact with customers, vendors and other outside representatives on specific matters related to construction work.
∎ Propose and implement improvement to existing procedures and processes.
∎ Support day to day running of the team and coordinating team resources when required.
∎ Participate in the selection of staff; provide or coordinate staff training; Work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.
∎ Attending meeting regularly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) both in English
∎ Knowledge in Russian language will be added as advantage
∎ Should have knowledge and previous working experience with GOST standard and certifications. ***
∎ Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
∎ Ability to learn sophisticated design and costing
∎ Should be able to write clear and precise reports
∎ In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
∎ Strong project management skills for complex and simultaneous project assignment priorities.
∎ Ability to lead or participate in multi-functional international teams.
