Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Plant, Savar, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and supervise team effectively to minimize downtime of machines in production department.
∎ Co-ordinate process improvement efforts with plant leadership.
∎ Work with all departments within the facility to assure that inventory, budget, and Plantfinancial goals and objectives are accomplished.
∎ Co-ordinate with all department heads and all dedicated teams for facing different regulatory audits.
∎ Manage the finances of the engineering function, analyzes financial information, prepares and manages operating and capital budgets, and monitors revenues and expenditures to contain costs.
∎ Establish engineering networks with other facilities and concerns for new product implementation.
∎ Establish systems to document and maintain process validation and drawing compliance.
∎ Direct and control day to day operations of engineering dept.
∎ Prepare engineering design, drawing, planning, estimation, sourcing, cost analysis of all engineering projects.
∎ Monitor repair, installation and commissioning of machineries and equipment.
∎ Insure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP and ISO), safety policies, and good housekeeping and that safety and hazard practices are understood and followed.
∎ Work to assure Quality Assurance requirements and regulatory compliance are maintained.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 years in reputed Pharmaceuticals Company
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills
∎ A high level of computer literacy (Office Suite) and presentation skills
∎ Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks
∎ The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
