Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of procurement (Materials for Plant and gift and related items for MPD)
∎ Coordinate with Plant for demand planning and raise requisition for RM & PM/Excipient. Liaison with India purchase team for procurement & local suppliers.
∎ Process import related documents and facilitated custom clearance.
∎ Identifying new vendors for gift procurement for MPD team. Vendor validation and finalizing terms & conditions for procurement.
∎ Coordinate with MPD team for gift sourcing, facilitate communication with existing suppliers. Negotiate rates, raise indent/POs and follow up for time bound procurement as per gifting strategy.
