Job Responsibilities:
∎ Distribution of plan and workload among the Electric and MEP Managers, Asst. Managers and Execution Engineers.
∎ Attending & conducting regular meetings with MEP staff and following up on points discussed
∎ Responsible for EME works like sub-station, fire protection, detection and alarm system, electric pump, plumbing and HVAC system.
∎ Review drawings and specifications and identify the needs of the client as per drawing and specifications.
∎ Supervise and monitoring of installation of various mechanical equipment, piping works, gas stations, etc. as per contract stipulations.
∎ Make advance plans, supervise daily work progress and take necessary actions to maintain the work schedule of the project.
∎ Assisting in saucing of various Electromechanical items as per specifications. Compare required materials specification with available materials specification in the market, collect certifications as per GOST/required standard and apply for approval.
∎ Make sure of using appropriate materials and control the wastage of materials and workmanship of each work.
∎ Oversee the construction of electromechanical systems including assisting engineers with complex electromechanical drawings; ensure all work complies with clients requirements.
∎ Prepare and communicate specifications for purchase of materials and equipment and tools when necessary.
∎ Understanding mechanical and electrical drawing, technical specifications, to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
∎ Interact with customers, vendors and other outside representatives on specific matters related to construction work.
∎ Propose and implement improvement to existing procedures and processes.
∎ Support day to day running of the team and coordinating team resources when required.
∎ Participate in the selection of staff; provide or coordinate staff training; Work with employees to correct deficiencies; implement discipline procedures.
∎ Attending various meetings as required and requested.

∎ Age 40 to 50 years

∎ Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
∎ Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
∎ Able to travel [local & abroad] and work extended hours on occasions when required
∎ Experienced in Budgeting, Construction, Estimating, Finishing, Project Management, Quality Control Assurance, Supervision.
∎ Strong analytical, facilitation, and team-building skills
∎ Fluent in Bengali and English
∎ Leadership and business Management skills
