Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the commercial team for commodity products.
∎ Conduct research and feasibility study of commodity market.
∎ Analyze market details especially on food grains and fertilizer products.
∎ Draft proposals, manage and execute contracts.
∎ Conduct negotiations preserving company interests.
∎ Built and maintain congenial working atmosphere.
∎ Preserve and promote company standard.
∎ Develop and maintain business communication.
∎ Visit market, conduct client hunt and creating business opportunity.
∎ Plan, organize and control of the commercial sector to achieve the targets.
∎ Analyze, forecast and evaluate the potentiality of the business.
∎ Develop and maintain business relationship with clients.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors and set suitable strategies.
∎ Take steps to meet customers' queries, problem and issues.
∎ Analyze and report overall business activities.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in commercial fields.
∎ Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
∎ Having experience in dealing business with government is preferable.
∎ Having experience in the commodity business, especially in the food grains and fertilizer sector is preferable.
∎ Dynamic personality,
∎ Strong communication skill both written and oral,
∎ Leadership qualities and management skills,
∎ Ability to handle critical situation,
∎ Ability to remain calm under pressure,
∎ Pleasing personality.
∎ Good knowledge on Microsoft Office.
