∎ The candidates must have experience to perform Customs & Bond related activities in a large Knit Composite Industry.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all import related jobs under Bond License specially In-Bond, Ex-Bond, Allotment, Yearly customs Bond Audit, etc.
∎ New Bond License issue, Issue & renewal General Bond, Signatory change, Lien Bank inclusion & exclusion etc.
∎ Work independently and have sufficient knowledge regarding Export-Import, Customs procedures, VAT & Tax rules related to Export and Import.
∎ Need verse knowledge for BGMEA related jobs like UD, Amendment etc.
∎ Complies with warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
∎ Utilize appropriate systems to manage the warehouse functions, analysis and documentation.
∎ Performance, development, coaching and general supports of all team members and organization as a whole to ensure targets are met.
∎ Responsible for maintaining appropriate records to applicable criteria including details relating to the carrier, importer and goods.
∎ Assist in developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve agreed targets.
∎ Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
∎ Ensuring that the team understands the mechanism of the warehouse, their duties and role within the organization.
∎ Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; follow up on work results.
∎ Overall responsibility for ensuring that the team is kept up to date with applicable import and duty regulations.
∎ Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable.
∎ Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls.
∎ Providing strong visible leadership in order to ultimately manage all staff through performance, management and training.
∎ Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be self-driven, creative, able to grasp and implement the assignments quickly
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written)
∎ Capable to motivate and lead a team
∎ Able to work under pressure
∎ Have excellent knowledge in Computer Applications.
∎ Proactive to communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
∎ Sound knowledge in Customs & Bond procedure specifically for Garments and Textile sector.
