Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
At least 10 year(s) experience in marketing Atta, Moida, Dal, Bason etc.
Working experience in sales of Bulk Products i.e. flour, dal etc.
Must have good command in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point (English & Bengali).
Must be self motivated, ingenuous, energetic and able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
To lead and monitor the Bulk Sales Team and evaluate their regular performance.
To collect sufficient market information, tracking of competition strategies & activities to recommend necessary measures.
Visiting market frequently and building relationship with stakeholders for smooth sales operation.
To contact regularly with distributors, wholesalers and depot’s owner to ensure a seamless distribution of products.
To maximize profitability and sales growth through responsible leadership.
To prepare daily, weekly, monthly and yearly reports for the management;
To perform other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
