• Graduate in any discipline.

• Educational qualification is relaxed for more experienced person.

• At least 4-year(s) experience in marketing Atta, Moida, Dal, Bason etc.

• Working experience in sales of Bulk Products i.e. flour, dal etc.

• Must be self motivated, ingenuous, energetic and able to work under pressure.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales volume and revenue targets for assigned products and territory.

• Develop new business through wholesalers, distributors, dealers, institutional buyers, restaurants, bakeries, hotels and other bulk customers.

• Regularly visit existing and potential customers to generate orders and strengthen business relationships.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales plans and ensure adequate market coverage.

• Follow up on customer orders and coordinate with Sales, Distribution, Warehouse and Accounts for timely delivery.

• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables from customers.

• Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's customer base.

• Ensure proper implementation of approved trade offers, discounts and promotional schemes.

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, orders, sales, collections and market information.

• Ensure that sales are conducted according to the company's credit policy, pricing policy and approved sales terms.

• Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and collection reports to the reporting manager.
