∎ To support and strengthen our existing team we are looking for smart, ambitious, energetic, intelligent and committed individuals for the position:
∎ Support the Head of Distribution in ensuring seamless nationwide distribution and customer service through depots.
∎ Conduct regular depot visits and provide reports to the Head of Distribution.
∎ Assist the Head of Distribution in preparing and implementing Distribution SOPs e.g. efficient delivery chain, route plan, fair charts etc.
∎ Assist in reconciling national sales proceeds & stock ensuring Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and compliance.
∎ Replenish Central Warehouse stock as per requirement and Depot wise products distribution from Central Warehouse rationally.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Marketing & Sales, Finance & Accounts, Internal Audit, IT, and Supply Chain Management to facilitate efficient depot operations
∎ Oversee depot activities, Products delivery to right customers including credit management, inventory. control, market returns, remittances, timely distribution of promotional materials, document archival, replacement of expiry product at the soonest and expenses.
∎ Develop self-monitoring system to optimize distribution expenses and returns.
∎ Generate reports on distribution chain performance, stock levels, expenses, credit, returns, complaint handling, and other key distribution metrics.
∎ Manage depot administration while ensuring adherence to compliance, regulatory, and safety standards.
∎ Promote workforce development by handling conflict resolution, confirmations, appraisals, transfers, and other HR-related activities.
∎ Any other projects assigned by the management.
