∎ MS in Microbiology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry &Molecular biology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish cell banks, their identification, characterization and maintenance of cell lines and to conduct Cell-culture assays and to prepare validation of assay procedures, equipment’s and processes in Microbiology and Cell culture laboratory
∎ To prepare test protocols of raw, bulk and finished biosimilar products as per compendial requirement
∎ To prepare and validate different types of electrophoresis methods
∎ To be responsible for the preparation, upgradation of all Microbiology and Cell culture related activities, analytical activities and its documentations as per standard guidelines
∎ To ensure that the Microbiology and Bio-Analytical lab premises is ready for regulatory inspection

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 5 years in Oncology Products
∎ Experience in developing microbiological specification, test method and validation protocol of Oncology Products
