Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ Masters in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping liaison with various Govt. departments i.e. BERC, BPC, DoE, Department of Boiler, FSCD, IRC, CCI&E, Factory License, DCCI, BIWTA, City Corporation & UP, RJSC etc.
∎ Monthly bill Collection, submission and manage different kinds of Approval from BPDB.
∎ Liaison with BIDA for import permission, Registration, different kind of financial approval & manage VISA Recommendation for foreign Expertise,
∎ Liaison with Land Purchasing, Registration, Mortgage and all kinds of Mutation.
∎ To Collect & verify of land related documents from A/C (Land) office, Tahshil, Sub-registry office, Settlement office & A.D.C (Revenue) Office.
∎ Communicate with National Board of Revenue for various tasks.
∎ Liaison and communicate with Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources for Petroleum License.
∎ Ensuring all payment related to certification of Govt.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Strong Negotiation Skill.
∎ Habituated to perform within given timeline
∎ Strong Interpersonal and Communication skill and long-term relationship building capability with different govt. authorities.
∎ Good communication skill, oral and writing, both in Bangla and English. Good typing skill on Bijoy Bangla.
∎ Strong mentality to travel inside and outside of Dhaka
∎ Willingness to work under pressure beyond working hours to meet deadlines
∎ Minimum 03 year(s) experience in relevant field
