∎ Prime Hospitals Limited are 250 beds multidisciplinary high tech hospital (Unit-1 & 2). Unit-1 is started operations in 1996 at district town Maijdee, Noakhali and Unit-2 is in 2020 at Chowmuhani, Noakhali. The hospitals are operated along with world renowned modern technological equipments to ensure standard patients services at greater Noakhali district. So, we are looking for some young, energetic, presentable, skilled, professional & well-experienced personnel for the position of Sr. Executive/Executive who are ready to take challenges to build up their career in this hospital.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The mission of Prime Hospitals Ltd is to provide quality health care services to all patients, in a respectful, safe and compassionate environment. In exercising this mission, Prime Hospitals Ltd will adhere to all health and safety regulations.
∎ For this project we are looking for skilled, professional & well experienced Senior Executive/Executive for the department/section of Front Desk, Report Delivery, Information Desk, OPD Cash Counter, and Patient Care.
∎ Receive all incoming letters, parcel and execute daily PABX services.
∎ Control telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
∎ Endow with information about company, such as location of Doctors chamber, departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
∎ Answering telephone/mobile calls and dealing with face to face enquiries.
∎ Politely greeting patients and visitors to the centre.
∎ Helping Patient to admission related procedure/activities.
∎ Dealing with all requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
∎ Scheduling appointments for patients.
∎ Making sure that the appointments system runs smoothly.
∎ Accurately collecting information and personal details about patients.
∎ Arranging any necessary follow up appointments for patients with hospitals or with other healthcare professionals.
∎ Detailed job responsibility will be given at the time of joining.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Customer Service, Customer Support, Management, Program Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Call Center, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital, Medical College & Hospital.
∎ Depth knowledge in hospital & health care services.
∎ Positive attitude/manner.
∎ Maintaining grooming/dress code at office MUST.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Dynamic, hardworking & self-motivated with sound physical & mental health.
