Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ All kind of preparation and modification of Architectural Drawing and 3D Visualisation.
∎ Coordination with supply chain and material control department to ensure proper supply of materials at site.
∎ Site Visit to check construction work is ongoing as per supplied Architectural working drawings
∎ Prepare architectural detail working drawings & GFC drawings then issue to construction team.
∎ Calculation of building facade materials (Curtain glass, sliding windows fixed glass & louvres etc.).
∎ Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents and manage permit documents.
∎ Coordination with project in-charge for related design & support to execution for project.
∎ Prepare BOQ & Material estimate for different type of project.
∎ Prepare BEPZA Summation Architectural Drawing of Industrial Building Projects.
∎ To work closely with design team and understand the architectural, & interior drawing of different project.
∎ Communicate with local architectural consultants for all kind of architectural & CDA approval related issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards of Bangladesh.
∎ Familiar with 3D Studio Max, Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD etc.
∎ Experience in Building & Factory Design with 3d Visualization, Designing, Interior Design, Project Management.
