∎ Lead the development of herbal pharmaceutical products from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
∎ Conduct thorough research on herbal ingredients, formulations, and emerging trends to identify innovative product opportunities in the herbal pharmaceutical sector.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and manufacturing, to drive the successful execution of product development projects.
∎ Manage and optimize the product development process, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met for herbal pharmaceutical products.
∎ Stay abreast of industry advancements, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to make informed decisions and maintain product competitiveness.
∎ Lead the development of herbal pharmaceutical products from conceptualization to commercialization, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
