Educational Requirements:
∎ PGD in HRM/ BBA/ MBA in HRM/ Masters from any reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ To monitor and ensure automated attendance processes, monitoring showroom activities,
∎ To update employee leave & PF status and look after all kinds of HR, Admin & Compliance related issues
∎ Assist Department head to develop, upgrade time to time as per business need and implement HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ To Manage all HR & Administrative issues in accordance with approved policy and Bangladesh labor law;
∎ To follow up disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ To ensure employee productivity of the company by providing necessary motivation, counseling and continuous monitoring of the employee's movement.
∎ To conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
∎ To work for transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work
∎ Ensure all HR Services tasks are done on time and without interruption.
∎ To assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.) and disburse salary sincerely on time.
∎ Prepare & various HR reports and metrics as per department heads requirement
∎ Efficiently manage incoming and outgoing documents through outlet/ postal / courier services of dispatch section;
∎ Maintaining HR Software and keep update all information as regular basis;
∎ Maintain official Documents, personnel records and ensure proper documentation of all HR & Admin related files.
∎ To supervision of security, housekeeping, health, safety and other compliance issues.
∎ Must be a team player and flexible to work with different tasks under pressure;
∎ Any other activities assigned by the HOD/Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, General Administration,
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office, with excellent knowledge in MS-Word, Microsoft Excel, power point, Microsoft Outlook and E-mail communication.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
∎ We are looking for honest, dynamic, dedicated and responsible individuals.
