Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead / coordinate the Factory Engineering team achieve the teams mission and objectives.
∎ propose and control the Factory Engineering budget as well as the factory's capital investment plans and related capital expenditures.
∎ Ensure all electrical and mechanical plans and procedures (both for new projects and for existing processes) are in order to ensure maximum productivity.
∎ Ensure that engineering's expertise (Maintenance, Project Engineering, Industrial Services, and Engineering Store) are maintained and developed through providing necessary development programs.
∎ Derive and review the maintenance strategy to get the best results out of it and ensure optimum productivity from equipment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Knowledge in project Management, MEP, SH&E are preferable.
∎ Training on PLC, HMI, servo, Inverter/VFD are preferable.
∎ Minimum 06 years of experience in relevant field
∎ Adequate Knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
