Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure proper supply of product as per requirement.
∎ To maintain connection with merchants & collectors for product collection.
∎ Maintain optimal level of customer services at all times by ensuring simplicity in service.
∎ Ensure to resolve service problems by root cause analyzing of customers complaints.
∎ Coordinate supply chain process.
∎ Ensure proper delivery of products.
∎ Prepare reports as per requirements.
∎ Contact with customer if required.
∎ Take necessary steps to maintain the supply chain process flawless.
∎ Vendor Acquisition.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1 or 2 years' experience on (Protein, perishable, Commodity, Fruits items)
∎ If candidate are not able to come office at night shift no need to apply.
